GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS - RULES DURING CORONA - VIRUS PANDEMIC
To protect us all, some PROTECTIVE rules MUST be followed in order to be SAFE DURING AND AFTER YOUR CONSULTATION:
1. THE USE OF A MASK INSIDE THE MEDICAL OFFICE IS Mandatory AND CANNOT BE REMOVED at ANY TIME
2. You may come and/or be examined ONLY after you have scheduled an appointment
3. Completion of insurance claims IN PARER, WILL BE DONE IF YOU BRING THE PAPER WITH YOU
3. WE WILL NOT hand to you ANY PAPERS. ALL REPORTS AND prescriptions WILL BE SENT IN AN ELECTRONIC FORM after your appointment, to the email you have given US
4. ONLY ONE PERSON AT A TIME IS ALLOWED TO ENTER THE MEDICAL OFFICE (if the patient must be accompanied then the appointment is transferred to a later time)
5. When you enter the medical office, your temperature must be measured and you must wash your hands, or use antiseptic GEL (SOAP/ANTISEPTIC ARE PROVIDED INSIDE OFFICE)
6. Pregnant women are the first to be examined during the day, for safety reasons
7. People over 65 years old or people belong to vulnerable medical groups (eg diabetes) are to be examined after pregnant women but before the other people
8. You must be ALWAYS ON TIME without any delay TO ATTEND your appointment
9. You may enter the medical office, after the exit of the previous patient
10. If you have any symptoms like headache, sore throat, fever, muscle pain, diarrhoea, fatigue you must inform by calling us the previous day and CANCEL your appointment.
11. Please send all your previous medical tests at least 1 day before your appointment to the email endocenter.kaouri@gmail.com
12. It is advisable that you pay with A CREDIT CARD after the consultation
